HANFORD, CA – MAY 12, 2013... Starting fourteenth,
Hollister’s Ryan Bernal grabbed the lead from Dennis
Howell on lap 37 to claim the “2nd Annual Southwest
Contractors Billet Cup” at Kings Speedway. Bernal
earned $2,300 for scoring his fifth USAC West Coast
Sprint Car victory and “Hollywood” Danny Faria Jr.
won the night’s point chase by a narrow margin. Bud
Kaeding, Dennis Howell, Faria, and Landon Hurst
followed rounded out the top-five drivers in the

Saturday, May 11th, the USAC West Coast Sprint Car
Series will make their first of six appearances at
Kings Speedway in Hanford. The “2nd Annual Southwest
Contractors Billet Cup" will feature a special
points format with a fully inverted 30-lap main
event paying $1,500-to-win and $200-to-start. In
addition, an extra $8,350 point fund with $2,000
awarded to the highest point driver will be up for
grabs. With over $16,000 available in total purses
and contingencies, the “Billet Cup” will have one of
the biggest paydays of the season. The winged Rebel
Cup 360 Sprints, IMCA Modifieds, IMCS Stock Cars,
and Vintage Cars will join the action packed card.
The Spectator Gates will open at 5:00pm with racing

RYAN BERNAL ADDS BAKERSFIELD TO WIN LIST BAKERSFIELD, CA – APRIL
28, 2013... Retaking the
lead from “Hollywood” Danny Faria Jr. on lap
seventeen, Hollister’s Ryan Bernal led the rest of
the way to claim the win at Bakersfield Speedway.
The $1,500 victory was Bernal’s fourth USAC West
Coast Sprint Car win of the campaign as the group
heads to Hanford on May 11th. Richard Vander Weerd,
Bud Kaeding, Faria, and Markus Niemela followed Ryan
